Onion Soup Shredded Chicken And Potatoes
  1. Add all ingredients to a roaster, drizzle with olive oil and mix, making sure to keep the potatoes under the chicken

  2. Add 1 cup of water, cover and cook at 350°F for 1.5-2 hours

  3. Once done, shred the chicken and mix it in with the potatoes
