Soak split chickpeas (chana daal) in water
Cook beef boneless with soaked chickpeas, onion, crushed garlic, crushed ginger, green chilies, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala until completely cooked
Allow the mixture to cool down completely
Refrigerate overnight
Once completely cooled, add chopped ginger, chopped cilantro, and eggs to the mixture
Mix well and form into patties
Cook the patties as desired
Freeze in bulk for up to one or two months for future use
