Mascarpone Frosting
  1. Place cold mascarpone cheese in a bowl.

  2. Using an electric mixer and the whisk attachment, mix mascarpone cheese on low until smooth.

  3. Add the vanilla and mix until combined.

  4. Add the powdered sugar then continue to mix on low until well combined and smooth.

  5. With the mixer on low, slowly add in the heavy whipping cream.

  6. Increase mixing speed to medium and beat until stiff peaks form and it looks like frosting you could pipe.

  7. Be careful to stop mixing once it is thick enough to pipe!
