Gluten Free Fudge
  1. In a double broiler over low heat (if it's too hot your fudge will be grainy texture) combine the chocolate chips and canned sweetened condensed milk

  2. Stir continuously until melted and combined

  3. Add in the broken pecan pieces

  4. Add the almond extract

  5. Stir to combine

  6. Pour mixture into an 8x8 pan lined with buttered parchment

  7. Let cool for at least 3 hours

  8. Do not slice until completely room temperature and solid to the touch
