Quinoa Crunch Bars
  1. Toast quinoa in a saucepan until it starts popping, then remove from heat.

  2. Melt chocolate chips (add a bit of coconut oil if needed).

  3. Mix melted chocolate with peanut butter and toasted quinoa.

  4. Pour mixture onto parchment paper in a container and freeze for 1-2 hours.

  5. Slice into bars and enjoy!
