Spread cheese into a shallow plate like a pie plate.
Optional, I baked my cheese at 350° for 10 minutes to soften. This is optional you can serve at room temperature without putting in the oven.
Dice your tomatoes, make sure to remove the seeds and the juice.
Season diced tomatoes with minced garlic, salt, pepper, chili flakes, olive oil, and balsamic glaze. Give it a good mix.
Top the cheese with the tomato mix.
Drizzle olive oil, balsamic glaze, basil and serve with crostini or crackers.
Perfect with cocktails or cocktails or cold beer.
