Chocolate Chip Banana Overnight Oats (dairy-free)
  1. Place banana in medium bowl and smash with fork until smooth.

  2. Add vanilla extract, maple syrup and unsweetened almond milk.

  3. Stir until smooth.

  4. Add Bob’s Red Mill Rolled Oats, Bob’s Red Mill Chia Seeds and cinnamon; stir to combine.

  5. Stir in chocolate chips.

  6. Pour into covered storage container and place in fridge.

  7. Let sit for anywhere from 30 minutes to overnight.
