Spiced Labneh Balls
  1. Mix ½ tsp salt into 2 cups full fat yogurt

  2. Transfer into a towel on a strainer and let it sit in the fridge for 2-4 days

  3. Shape into ping pong size balls

  4. Coat with zaatar, chili flakes or sumac

  5. Transfer to a jar and completely cover with olive oil

  6. Store in the fridge
