Lemon Pound Cake
  1. Add sugar and honey to softened butter and mix.

  2. Warm up the whole egg to body temperature.

  3. Add the whole egg little by little to the butter and mix with a spatula.

  4. Add flour and baking powder.

  5. Add lemon zest and lemon juice.

  6. Put the dough in the mold.

  7. Bake in a preheated oven to 170°C for 60 minutes.

  8. Remove the cake from mold and soak it in lemon syrup.

  9. Wrap it with plastic wrap and leave for at least 6 hours.

  10. Put the lemon graze over the cake.
