Ground Beef & Red Sauce Pasta

  1. Heat pan over medium high heat (can use oil if beef is lean, if medium fatty, not required)

  2. Chop up the beef with your spatula and stir it until it's brown. Keep the fat in there, and then add your bowl of veggies in there and they will absorb the fat. Cook for another five to eight minutes until the onions are soft.

  3. Add the garlic and cook for ninety seconds or until you can really smell it.

  4. Cool everything down by adding the sauce. For one pound of beef I usually add a whole jar of sauce.

  5. Bring to a simmer, then lower to heat to a gentle simmer, and then just let it hang out until the sauce is at the texture you want. Stir occasionally. When's it's getting close, add your pasta to the boiling water.
