Start by cutting a red onion into thin slices.
Herat up water, once boiling add in 2 tsp salt and spaghetti (can use any pasta of choice). Cook according to the package instructions.
In a separate pan, add olive, heat up on medium heat for a few minutes until the oil is nice and hot (not smoking) and add in the onions and caramelize on medium heat (roughly 6-7 minutes).
Once caramelized add in chopped garlic cloves, chilli oil and cream.
Add 1 tbsp italian seasoning, salt to taste and optionally add in parmesan and chopped parsely.
Now mix it all up and its time to enjoy!
