Cut beef into cubes and marinade with ingredients.
Prepare vegetables by chopping bell peppers and onions into petals and finely mincing ginger and garlic.
Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a hot wok and sear beef for 3-4 minutes making sure the beef has a nice crust.
Remove beef and add more oil to the wok. Sauté the garlic, ginger, and vegetables until slightly translucent (2 minutes) then add back the beef and the sauce.
Once thickened finish with sesame oil and enjoy.
