Chicken Mu & Ssam Mu (pickled Cubed Radish & Radish Wraps)
  1. Peel and cube the radish into ½ inch cubes, place into a container with an airtight seal, and set aside. You can also use a mandolin slicer to slice thin sheets for the radish wraps.

  2. Mix water, vinegar, Sprite, salt, and sugar in a bowl until the salt and sugar dissolves (1-2 minutes).

  3. Pour the brine over the radish, seal the container, and put in the fridge for 2-3 hours minimum before eating. Leaving it overnight will result in the best flavor and texture.
