Haydari With Bell Peppers And Feta
  1. Heat the oven to 200 C convection.

  2. Cut each of the bell peppers into 4 pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle a little oil over them and bake the peppers for 15-18 minutes until they’ve browned. Let them cool a bit.

  3. Put the bell peppers and the other ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend it all together into an even and creamy dip. Season with salt, pepper and lime juice. Serve immediately in a bowl or store the dip in the fridge. Enjoy!
