Homemade Vinaigrette
  1. In a liquid measuring cup or bowl, combine all of the ingredients.

  2. Whisk until the ingredients are well combined.

  3. Use immediately, or cover and refrigerate for future use. Sammy's notes: homemade vinaigrette keeps well for about 7 days in the fridge. If your vinaigrette solidifies in the fridge, let come to room temperature before serving. This is totally normal, real olive oil does that!
