Marinate the minced pork and prawns for at least 30 mins.
Sauté onions and garlic till fragrant. Add soya sauce and oyster sauce, let it bubble, then remove and set aside.
Wipe the pot clean. Line the base with cabbage leaves.
Add vermicelli, then lay the beancurd sheets over to form a base.
Spread the marinated minced pork evenly on top.
Add enoki mushrooms over the pork.
Pour the cooked onion garlic sauce over everything.
Add chicken stock until it reaches halfway up the pot. Cover and simmer on low for 10 mins.
Add prawns on top. Cover and cook for another 5 to 7 mins.
Finish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
