Strip the berries from the stalks, wash well and crush a little
Boil water, pour over berries, and leave for 7 days, stirring daily
Zest and juice oranges and lemon, combine with sugar and strain the liquor from the bin
Heat the mixture until sugar dissolves, allow to cool, pour back into the bin
Add yeast and yeast nutrient, ferment for 3-4 days
Strain into a demijohn, top up with water as needed, and fit airlock
Leave in a warm place until fermentation is complete, then rack and add Campden tablet
Syphon into bottles and allow 6 months to mature
