  1. Preheat oven to 180C

  2. Whisk or blend together

  3. Pour into a lined baking tray

  4. Top with your fav ingredients (optional but ideas include frozen berries, grated apple, ginger or zest of lemon)

  5. Bake for about 10mins until cooked/golden (don't over cook as they will get quite stiff)

  6. Remove and slice up!
