Preheat the oven to 160C.
Prepare a cake tin by greasing it with butter and lining it with parchment paper.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, mixed spice, honey, and bicarbonate of soda in a mixing bowl.
Rub in the butter to form breadcrumbs, then stir in the mixed fruit and milk.
Transfer the mixture to the loaf tin and bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes at 160C.
Cool the cake in the tin before serving with a spread of Primula light cheese.
