In your dish, mix your cream, stock, red pesto together until smooth and combined.
Then add your gnocchi, Chorizo and sun-dried tomatoes, chili flakes and mix through again.
Cover with foil
Set oven to 180 fan forced and bake for 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Mix together to make sure gnocchi is coated in the sauce
Serve with Parmesan and enjoy!
