Add 4 cups of flour to a large bowl or basin
Add 4.5 tsp of dry yeast
Add 1 tsp of powdered sugar
Add 1.5 tsp of salt
Mix together
Add 1 tbsp of olive oil
Gradually add 1.5 cups of warm water and mix by hand until a soft dough forms
Cover with a cloth and let rise for 1 hour
Punch down the dough and place on a floured surface
Divide the dough into 12 equal rounds, then dust with flour
Cover and let rest for 30 minutes
Roll each piece out thinly with a rolling pin
Cook for about 1 minute on high heat, flip and cook for 30 more seconds
Continue cooking until evenly baked
