Peel the outer leaves off your sprouts and slice in half
In a bowl, toss in a little olive oil, with some grated Parmesan, lemon zest, garlic granule, paprika, oregano and salt until evenly coated
Line a large tray with baking paper and brush with the melted butter
Grate the Parmesan and sprinkle evenly on top
Lay the sprouts, cut side down, on top of the Parmesan layer
Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and crispy and the sprouts are nicely roasted
For the sauce, mix equal parts sour cream and mayonnaise with a little chopped garlic and oregano
