For oven: Cook at 200°C for 12-15 minutes, stir through marinade, then return to oven for 5-8 minutes until sticky and caramelised
For air fryer: Cook at 200°C for 8-10 minutes, stir through marinade, then air fry for 3-5 minutes more until sticky and caramelised
Prepare cucumber salad by combining diced cucumber, red onion, and spring onions with brown sugar, chilli flakes, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and light soy sauce
Cook rice according to package directions
