Ingredients:
Heat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add the butter by grating it.
Add chocolate chips.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream, egg, and vanilla. Then add to dry ingredients. Do not over-mix.
Bring the dough together in a ball.
Place onto prepared baking sheet. Slightly flatten the dough ball.
Bake until golden brown. 14-25 minutes?
