Lemon Syllabub
  1. In a large bowl combine heavy cream, sugar, apple juice, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla.

  2. Whip until thickened and stiff.

  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill for a minimum of 1 hour.

  4. After it’s been cooled, portion out, serve, and enjoy!
