Start by blending the onion and parsley into a paste and add it to the mince.
Season the mince with half a tsp each of the seasonings and salt and pepper to taste.
Add a tbsp of tomato puree and half a cup of bread crumbs. mix it and shape it into balls.
For better results. Broil the meatballs in the oven. Or fry them in a pan but be gentle so they dont break.
Blend the tomatoes and garlic into a juice.
Chop the other half of the onion and sauté in a pan. Add the tomato juice along with a tbsp of tomato puree and a tsp of the same seasoning.
Cook till it starts bubbling then add the meatballs back in the sauce.
Place it in the oven for 20 minutes at 180c or keep cooking it on the stove till the sauce thickens and the meatballs absorb some of it.
Fry some sliced garlic in olive oil and pour it on top.
Garnish with parsley and enjoy.
