Combine onion mix, beef, spice mix, red wine, beef stock, and bay leaf in a pan, simmer for 90 minutes to 2 hours
Add instant coffee, chocolate, plain yogurt, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and simmer for 15 minutes more
Season with salt, pepper, and butter, then serve with rice
