Press the tofu to remove excess liquid & Cut into cubes
Make up the tofu spice mix & leave to one side
Make up the cornflour coating in a bowl
Add the cubes of tofu to the cornflour mix, coat well
Saute in a suitable oil (ensure its nice & hot until golden & crispy
Drain on kitchen paper to remove excess oil
Sprinkle with sprinkle spices & serve as part of your favorite Chinese dish
