Simple Salt & Pepper Tofu
  1. Press the tofu to remove excess liquid & Cut into cubes

  2. Make up the tofu spice mix & leave to one side

  3. Make up the cornflour coating in a bowl

  4. Add the cubes of tofu to the cornflour mix, coat well

  5. Saute in a suitable oil (ensure its nice & hot until golden & crispy

  6. Drain on kitchen paper to remove excess oil

  7. Sprinkle with sprinkle spices & serve as part of your favorite Chinese dish
