Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
Melt chocolate and butter together.
Beat sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until pale and doubled.
Add salt & vanilla.
Fold in the chocolate mixture.
Sift in the flour and cocoa powder and gently fold in, then add the chopped chocolate.
Bake for 25-30 minutes—DON’T OVERBAKE, or you have failed (not in life, just in making good brownies).
