Season with salt and pepper and a generous coat of olive oil. Place on sheet pan with cut side up.
Bake @ 425 F on convection, 450 if you don't have convection ~18-20 minutes
For Lemon Parmesan Dressing: mix 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp grated parmesan, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper
For Tamari Tahini Dressing: mix 2 tbsp tahini, 1 tbsp tamari, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1 tsp lemon juice
