Cook pasta in salted water until al dente; drain
Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in garlic and bone broth, then slowly melt in cheddar
In a separate pot on low heat, combine pasta with blended cottage cheese
Once warm, stir in egg whites until fully incorporated, keeping heat low so they don't scramble
Pour cheddar sauce over pasta and stir until silky
Heat gently for 2–3 minutes without boiling
Serve warm, or broil with topping until golden and crispy
