Thanksgiving Cranberry Digestivo Mocktail Cocktail
  1. Simmer cranberries, orange peel, and ginger for 15 minutes in a covered pot

  2. Add cinnamon and star anise, simmer 5 more minutes

  3. Remove from heat and stir in maple syrup

  4. Let cool 10 minutes, then add bitters

  5. Strain through a mesh strainer, pressing solids to extract liquid

  6. Refrigerate in an airtight bottle for up to 1 day

  7. Fill a glass with ice

  8. Add 2 oz concentrate

  9. Top with 5–6 oz ginger kombucha or ginger sparkling probiotic

  10. Garnish with a few cranberries and a thin slice of orange
