Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add pressed (almost whole, not pressed in a press but just with a knife) garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Theb remove the garlic
Increase the heat to medium-high and add the prawns to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque and have stekyta.
Season the prawns with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the pasta to the skillet and fresh parsley/koriander
