Simple Baked Pears With Honey Walnut
  1. Preheat the Oven to 375 Degrees F

  2. Wash and dry the pears. Cut them in half and use a spoon or scooper to scrape out the core and make a hole in the center.

  3. Grease a parchment paper-lined pan with coconut oil. Sprinkle the cut-side of the pears with cinnamon and bake face down for 15 minutes.

  4. Carefully flip the pears and have them face up. Drizzle honey on top and bake for additional 10 - 15 minutes or until tender.

  5. While the pears bake, in a small saucepan, saute walnuts with ½ tbsp coconut oil and sprinkle of cinnamon and extra honey.

  6. Remove the pear from the oven and let it cool for 10 - 15 minutes. Stuff yogurt of your choice, spiced walnuts in the center. Enjoy!
