Ingredients:
Prep pan & oven: Preheat oven to 325°F and spray a Bundt pan with baking spray.
Make batter: In a large bowl, beat the cake mix, water, eggs, oil, and dry pudding mix together on low speed for about 30 seconds to moisten, then on medium for 2 minutes. Batter will be thick.
Bake: Pour batter into the pan, spread evenly, and bake 45–55 minutes (toothpick should come out clean). Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then turn out onto a rack to cool completely.
Glaze: Whisk together the confectioners’ sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Drizzle over the cooled cake, slice, and serve.
