Allow the frozen berries to thaw on the counter for at least 2 hours.
Place the strawberries, chia seeds, and orange juice in the bowl of a food processor or blender and blend until combined.
Place the jam in a sealable storage container; it will be runny at this point. Allow it to set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to thicken.
Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Toast the slices of bread to your preference.
Spread one slice of bread with the chia jam and the other slice of bread with the peanut butter.
Sprinkle the toast with the hemp seeds.
Enjoy with the two slices of toast smashed together to make a sammy, or leave separate and enjoy as an open-faced sandwich.
