Hayley's Famous Hormone Healthy Granola
  1. Mix together the oats, chopped nuts, seeds, cinnamon and salt.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients.

  3. Mix the two together extremely well and spread on a parchment covered baking tray.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25min, mixing in half way through.

  5. Allow to cool on the tray before transferring into an air tight glass jar.
