Strawberry Yogurt Pop
  1. Add all ingredients to the blender.

  2. Blend for about 1 minute or until the mixture is smooth. If you desire an even smoother texture or your kids just don't like seeds, I recommend straining the mixture.

  3. Evenly distribute the mixture into the mold of your choice and secure the lids.

  4. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.

  5. Remove the molds from the freezer, run each one under hot water for 20-30 seconds to release the popsicle.

  6. Enjoy right away, or place them in an airtight, freezer-friendly container until you're ready to enjoy.
