  1. Thaw frozen fruit for 30 minutes at room temperature or for 30 seconds in the microwave. Add to a blender with water, lemon or lime juice, and honey. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into popsicle sleeves, using a funnel so you don't make a mess. Move to the freezer and freeze until completely solid - about 8 hours or overnight.
