Shirazi Salad
  1. Chop the cucumbers, tomatoes and onions into very small cubes and add into a bowl along with chopped mint.

  2. Season with lemon juice, olive oil salt and pepper.

  3. Mix well.

  4. Eat as is, or like I did- in a pita bread with tahini.
