姜撞奶 (ginger Smashes Milk)
  1. Wash ginger, remove skin, grate well then sieve through to extract juice. Alternatively, blend ginger then squeeze through cheese cloth

  2. Heat milk to 70-80°C and add sugar if desired

  3. Add 1 tbsp ginger juice to a bowl then pour milk directly in

  4. Place a plate on top and leave it to set for 8-10 minutes without stirring or moving the bowl

  5. Enjoy
