Sorrel Moos
  1. Boil water and raisins together for 10 minutes.

  2. Add chopped sorrel leaves and bring to a rolling boil.

  3. Stir in cornstarch and milk which have been whisked together.

  4. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.

  5. Add cream and bring mixture to a rolling boil.

  6. Remove from heat and cool.

  7. You can eat it hot or cold, I like it both ways.
