Bake in a preheated oven at gas mark 4 for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with custard.
You can replace the frozen fruit with any other fruit like apple, peaches, rhubarb. And they don't need to be frozen either.
If you want to add an additional step, you can caramelise the fruit with the sugar in a pan and then transfer it into the breaking tray, but I'm lazy.
