Mix flour, salt, and baking powder.
Create a well in the middle of your flour and Add oil and warm water, then stir until dough forms.
Knead for 2-3 minutes until well incorporated, then let rest for 15 mins.
Divide into 12 balls, roll out thin, and cook on a hot skillet for 30-60 seconds per side until golden spots appear.
