Espresso Powder
  1. Begin by spreading the coffee grounds evenly on a rimmed baking sheet that is lined with non-stick aluminum foil.

  2. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 170 degrees Fahrenheit and let it bake for about two hours.

  3. After two hours, take the baking sheet out of the oven and check the texture of the coffee grounds; they should feel dry and slightly crunchy.

  4. If the coffee grounds are not yet crunchy, return them to the oven for an additional 30 minutes.

  5. Once the coffee grounds are crunchy, transfer them to a coffee grinder and grind them into a fine powder.
