Break a graham cracker in half and put a few squares of white chocolate on one of the graham cracker halves.
Then add about 1 tablespoon of apricot jam on top of the chocolate.
Toast a marshmallow over the fire.
Once the marshmallow is golden brown and puffed up, place it on top of the apricot jam and use the other half of the graham cracker to slide the marshmallow off the stick. Enjoy!
