In a skillet heat oil and add cherry tomatoes whole until they start to give when you press them down and burst
Add your sundried tomatoes, garlic, olives, basil & roasted pepper and cook for a further 2-3 mins until garlic is aromatic.
Add your tomato purée, balsamic vinegar, chilli flakes & feta and simmer on low while pasta is cooking. Add a ladle of starchy pasta water and stir to combine.
Add your cooked pasta and rocket and stir. Serve with some crusty bread for mopping up and a sprinkle of Parmesan!
