High Protein Spinach And Artichoke Dip
  1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Remove your spinach from the freezer and add 2 cups to a strainer to thaw in the sink. Once it is thawed place it in a dish towel and and ring out the excess water. Set aside.

  2. Blend your cottage cheese until smooth, then add it to a large bowl along with Greek yogurt and mix. Add your chopped artichokes and spinach, along with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.

  3. Transfer mixture to an 8x8 baking dish and top with additional mozzarella if desired along with Parmesan cheese.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes, then broil for 3-5 minutes. Let cool before eating!
