Shahi Paneer (restaurant Style)
  1. Blend the tomatoes, onion, garlic, ginger and green chili into a smooth paste.

  2. In a pan, heat oil and fry the paneer cubes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

  3. In the same pan, add the blended tomato-onion paste and sauté for 5-7 minutes.

  4. Add the spices and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Add the cashews and cream and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

  6. Add the fried paneer and yogurt. Stir and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.

  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
