Peel and cut potatoes into bite size cubes and boil them for about 6 minutes.
Drain and let it dry for about 5 minutes.
Mix all the other ingredients into a sauce.
Shae the potatoes and pour over the sauce. Mix well and transfer to a baing sheet.
Cook the potatoes in the preheated 200C oven for about 45 minutes until crisp and brown. Enjoy!
